After her first daughter was born, Jennifer was concerned about choosing fresh and organic food and started to visit her local farmers market each week. Living an urban lifestyle in Brooklyn, she often found herself lugging either her market goods or groceries several blocks, only to return home to discover squished berries and other issues with the condition of the items she had purchased because of shifting that had occurred in the bag during her walk.

She realized there was a huge opportunity to improve upon the standard reusable grocery bag to make the transit more efficient—and so, she created cabaggage.

When not working, Jennifer is most fond of spending time with her husband and two daughters, visiting the numerous farmers markets located in the Los Angeles area, and getting to know the West Coast.

She is thrilled to be working on this venture which allows her to follow her passion for great bags and whole, natural and organic food!
